AFASIC UK HELPLINE - 0845 3 55 55 77
Afasic's helpline service was launched in September 1996 and operates
from Monday to Friday, 10.30 am to 2.30pm. The Helpline now
responds to over 1000 enquiries each year - and is still expanding.
It has already proved itself to be one of Afasic's most important
services.
Talk in confidence
The Afasic helpline provides information about all areas of speech
and language impairment and about speech and language therapy, education
and benefits. Callers can discuss their difficulties in confidence,
and Afasic will provide as much information as possible to help and
support them.
