AFASIC CYMRU INITIATIVES - SENTW
From Sept 1st 2003, parents in Wales have been able to appeal to
a new, devolved, Special Educational Needs Tribunal for Wales (SENTW).
The SENTW will hear Welsh SEN appeals and claims for disability
discrimination in relation to schools in Wales. All appeals and
claims in Wales registered before September 1st 2003 will be heard
by the current England & Wales SENDIST, but after that date, they
should be sent to:
